This incident took place on Wednesday (October 16) around eleven o'clock in the Tinbon dormitory She is a student of Finance and Banking department. At that time, the student and a student of the marketing department who came with her were detained.
Eyewitnesses said that the power supply was off for about 6 hours in the dormitory area from 4 pm. As a result, the area was somewhat dark. A student named Alamin of marketing department lives in the hostel. The boy with the girl is a junior student of her department. The boy went to the hostel with a girl his Caspas junior. Eyewitnesses said that the boy left the girl in Alamin's room and went out. Later the students and locals in the hostel took notice of the matter and went there. Later they arrested the girl. Later the boy was also caught and both were detained. Later, people from the mess owner's side also appeared there. Later, the hostel owner took the girl to his home for safety reasons. Meanwhile, the students staying in the mess want to hand over the boy and girl to the administration. However, the students complained that Mizanur Rahman, the brother of the mess owner, wanted to trick the boy into passing. At one point the students got mad at Mizan. Meanwhile, Ashraf Uddin, who is in charge of the security of the EB campus, along with the coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement, brought the situation under control. At the time, they assured a solution through the administration. The student was later taken into the custody of the coordinators of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement.
According to Mizanur Rahman of the hostel owner, an unexpected incident happened. That boy is not one of this mess. As far as I know there is another person named Al-Amin and Parvez in the room. I don't know how this boy got here.
According to the girl, she lives in a nearby student mess. Last night the boy asked him to bring him here. Later, leaving him in the room, the boy went out. After the girl went to the washroom, a ruckus started outside. Later he came to the room and locked the door. When asked about the boy, the girl told about the relationship between the two.
Meanwhile, the boy said, the girl is junior in my district. I already know him. Our understanding is good. And he doesn't talk much with anyone, if there is any problem he tells me. The boy said about the incident of that night, the room belongs to the elder brother of my department. Sometimes I stayed in the room. He was not in the mess yesterday. We went to Sheikhpara market to eat. Later the girl asks to go to the washroom. Then I asked him to go to the washroom of that dormitory as he was familiar. After going to the washroom, he gets scared when a commotion starts outside. Later he got scared and went to the next room and locked the door. Then I went and called him. Later the people present surrounded me and started talking nonsense.
The coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement said that they have been kept under security. Proctor will sit with them. Then the next decision will be announced.
SM Sweet, EB coordinator of the anti-discrimination student movement, said, I immediately attended the event as soon as I heard about it. He assured that after talking to the administration, the next decision will be made in this regard.
