BNP leader killed over dominance in Narail

Masud Rana Sheikh, a member secretary of the volunteer party of Babra Hachla Union in Kalia Upazila of Narail, was beaten to death with a hammer by miscreants.
Kalia Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mamun confirmed the matter.
According to local and police sources, miscreants attacked Masud Rana, a member secretary of the volunteer party of Babra Hachla Union, on Saturday (October 27) night over dominance and seriously injured him. He suffered injuries to his head and various parts of his body due to the hammer blow.
He was admitted to Khulna Medical College Hospital in a serious condition and died around 9 am today (October 28).
Kalia Police Station OC Mamun said, “I heard that there was a fight last night. I received news of his death this morning. Police have been sent to the scene and an investigation is underway.”
