BUP wins first runner-up in singing, Southeast Cultural Fest 3.0

Southeast University became famous for its aesthetic performances of music, dance and art. The Cultural Fest 3.0 organized by the university saw a lively cultural competition with the participation of students from various universities of the country. A total of 17 universities participated in this year's event.

Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) achieved success by showcasing its cultural talent in the festival. The team representing the university especially achieved the honor of becoming the first runner-up in the folk song competition.

However, BUP students participated not only in singing, but also in the art and dance categories. They showcased their skills in various performances. Among them, the folk song performance caught the attention of the judges and ultimately BUP was recognized as the first runner-up.

The members of the BUP Cultural Forum (BUPCF) played an important role behind this cultural success of BUP. The performance of folk songs was led by Yasin Arafat Limon, a student of the Department of Sociology and President of BUP Cultural Forum. Along with him, other members of the team also showcased their talents in a concerted performance.

Organized with the participation of competitors from 17 universities, this festival became a major platform for cultural practice, creativity and mutual communication among the youth. Students from different universities showcased their traditions and culture through songs.

BUP's first runner-up achievement is not just an award, but another recognition of the cultural practice and talent of the university's students. Those concerned believe that the active participation of BUP students in the field of art and culture, along with academic education, will pave the way for greater achievements in the future.

Inter-university events like Southeast University's Cultural Fest are playing an important role in creating an environment of cultural exchange and healthy competition among the youth.
