The national moon sighting committee is sitting in the evening to decide when Miladunnabi will be on Eid. From that meeting it will be known when Eid-ul-Miladunnabi.
According to the Islamic Foundation, a meeting of the National Moon Sighting Committee will be held on Wednesday at 6:30 pm (after Maghrib) to observe the moon of the holy month of Rabiul Awal of Hijri 1446.
The meeting to be held in the meeting room of Baitul Mukarram of Islamic Foundation will be chaired by the adviser of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. A F M Khalid Hossain.
If the moon of the holy month of Rabiul Awal is seen anywhere in the sky of Bangladesh, it is requested to report it to the telephone and fax numbers given below or to the District Commissioner or Upazila Nirbahi Officer of the concerned district.
