A bride named Mumu Akhter (18) has disappeared from a wedding ceremony in Chilmari, Kurigram. This sensational incident took place in Putimari Hatithana area of ​​the upazila on Monday night.

According to the wedding date, on Monday (August 26), the groom's party comes to the bride's house to complete the wedding. The groom's people are also allowed to entertain at the bride's house. In the meantime, Mumu Akhtar disappeared with the bride. When the news spread, there was panic in the area. Later the groom and his people returned home without the bride.
Chilmari Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Pran Krishna Debnath said that no one has complained about the matter yet. Complaints will be investigated.
