I have announced a reward of Tk 2 lakh to encourage law enforcement personnel to arrest him. All should forget political differences and come forward to bring this corrupt leader to justice.
It is to be noted that Ashraful Islam gave a reward of Tk 50,000 in the year 2015 for the suppression of drugs and terrorism in Rajbari district.
After the fall of the Sheikh Hasina government on August 5, three cases have been registered in Rajbari court and one in Baliakandi police station against former railway minister Jillul Hakim and his son Ashiq Mahmud Mitul and their associates. Allegations of kidnapping, torture, attempted murder and extortion have been made in these cases. However, Jillul and his son Mitul have not been arrested so far.
