Talented Pushpita Das of Narail achieves GPA-5, dreams of becoming a barrister

Pushpita Das, a talented student of Tularampur Union in Narail, has achieved GPA-5 in the HSC examination this year with distinction. She took the HSC examination in the humanities department from Bhangura Degree College under the Jessore Education Board.

Earlier, she also got GPA-5 in the SSC examination from Tularampur Secondary School. Her family, relatives and local residents are happy with this continuous success.

Pushpita Das is the only child of Janak Kumar Das and Ratna Das, the father of Tularampur Union. Her father is Janak Kumar Das, the general secretary of the Bangladesh Gramya Daktar Kalyan Samity, Narail district branch, and her mother is a housewife.

Expressing her excitement over her daughter's success, Janak Kumar Das said, "We are very happy with her daughter's consistent results. We hope that she can maintain this streak of success in the future." Regarding her daughter's future plans, he said, Pushpita's dream is to become a barrister.

Tularampur Secondary School Headmaster Indrajit Kumar Mandal said, “Pushpita is the pride of our school. She is not only good at studies but also in cultural activities. We are proud of her success and wish her all the best for the future.”

Expressing her feelings, Pushpita Das said, “I want to become a barrister after completing my studies. I seek everyone’s prayers and blessings.”

It is worth noting that the HSC exam results were published on October 16 (Thursday). This year, 5,995 students in the Jessore Education Board got GPA-5, which is 3,754 less than last year. The pass rate in the board has also decreased slightly to 50.20 percent.
