Shabnur, the once popular heroine of Dhakai cinema, recently faced controversy on social media after posting a picture. The actress, who has been off the screen for a long time, is now permanently living in Australia. Sometimes she shares her feelings with fans on social media.
Last Monday, Shabnur posted a picture, where she is seen in a slightly revealing avatar. Fans expressed their disappointment in this look and made some negative comments. Some did not hesitate to troll her.
In response, Shabnur made her statement in a Facebook post on Tuesday. She wrote, "I handle my social media myself. Many people make various comments on the pictures or videos I post. But someone's choice of clothes is completely their personal matter. If someone does not like any of my pictures or videos, then please constructively criticize them with dignity."
Shabnur also said, "Many people are opening accounts and doing business in my name, trying to go viral. But they are still making negative comments on my posts. Whether I stay hidden or public is my personal decision."
Finally, Shabnur said to everyone, "Our views and behavior are a reflection of our family education. Let us be respectful of each other when commenting."
Through this post, Shabnur has clarified her position and called for maintaining moderate behavior on social media.
