The 5 judges of the Appellate Division who resigned are Justice M Inayetur Rahim, Justice Abu Zafar Siddiqui, Justice Jahangir Hossain, Justice Md. Shahinur Islam and Justice Kashefa Hossain.
Earlier, Chief Justice Obaidul Hasan has resigned from the Ministry of Law.
