Ashraful's suggestion to captain all 11 of the team

First of all, arrows of criticism come towards the captain for failure in field cricket. Many also talk about changing the captain. Change of captain has also become a normal thing in Bangladesh cricket. Bangladesh set a record in 2022 by playing under the leadership of 7 captains.
Recently, in an interview given to a cricket related website, Ashraful said on the Bangladesh captain change issue, '11 people can be captained. There will be no pressure if you give each person a captain. I personally think Bangladesh should have one captain per match. Then even those who are not captains will understand the pressure.
It is heard that Nazmul Hossain, the captain of three formats, wants to step down from the leadership of Shanta. However, after Shantar's decision, Mohammad Ashraful expressed his thoughts.
This former captain of the national team thinks that Bangladesh should give the responsibility of captaining each match to keep the cricketers free of pressure. In addition to developing the leadership qualities of every cricketer, he does not have to handle the pressure alone.
Ashraful also has the experience of handling leadership for Bangladesh. He said about his own experience, "I felt this when I was a captain. Better to have one captain per game. Don't always be a captain... today me, tomorrow you, if you do this the boy will understand how much pressure is on the captain.'
