GD against drug dealer Shamim Reza, conspiracy allegations from jail

Savar Police Station Chhatra Dal General Secretary Mahbub Samir has filed a general diary (GD) against controversial drug dealer Shamim Reza, alleging death threats and fear of being involved in false cases.

Mahbub Samir said that he filed a GD at Savar Police Station on April 23. In it, he mentioned that due to a previous dispute, he is being harassed in various ways, framed in false cases and threatened with death.

He alleged that Shamim Reza, who is currently in jail after being arrested in a journalist murder attempt case, is conspiring against him through various people from jail. He also claimed that attempts are being made to harm him politically and socially.

Mahbub Samir further alleged that attempts are being made to use Shamim Reza's family members to make false allegations against him and carry out various types of harassment activities. Therefore, considering the issue of his own safety, he has taken refuge in the law.

He urged the administration to verify the truth of the allegations through an impartial investigation and take necessary legal action.

No immediate comment was received from the concerned authorities on this matter.
