Mirza Abbas is healthy after treatment
After undergoing treatment abroad for a long time, his party leaders said that Mirza Abbas is now very healthy. He has decided to return to the country after receiving positive advice from a medical board composed of doctors.
While abroad, he is undergoing treatment under the supervision of specialist doctors in Singapore and Malaysia. After several months of treatment and observation, doctors have given a positive opinion about his return to the country, so he is preparing to return to Dhaka.

Air ambulance to Singapore
Mirza Abbas was taken to Singapore by air ambulance on March 15 for advanced treatment. Later, he was admitted to the Singapore General Hospital.
He was treated there under the supervision of specialist doctors. When his physical condition improved somewhat during the treatment, it was decided to transfer him to Malaysia for further treatment.
Under the supervision of specialist doctors in Malaysia
Mirza Abbas was transferred from Singapore to the Prince Court Medical Center in Malaysia on April 14 as per the doctors' advice.
Since then, he has been under the close supervision of specialist doctors at that hospital. Party sources have informed that his physical condition has improved after prolonged treatment and observation.
New responsibility while undergoing treatment abroad
The government gave Mirza Abbas a new important responsibility while undergoing treatment abroad. On August 1, he was nominated as the president of the hospital management committee of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
He was given this responsibility through a government notification issued by the Health Services Division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
