Zayed Khan acts in a short film with Zohraan Mamdani

Dhallywood's popular film star Zayed Khan has now crossed the country's borders and made a new surprise in the international arena. He has acted in the same short film with New York City Mayor Zohraan Kwame Mamdani.
The name of this short film, made on the life, struggle and real experiences of expatriates, is 'Immigrant Diaries Episode 2'. Along with Zayed Khan, the current mayor of New York has also participated in it. The makers claim that it is a social message-based project.
The short film has been jointly directed by John Kabir and Saad Al Amin. It will be released on the screens of 'Thikana' on May 27 at 9 pm Bangladesh time. Earlier, the first episode of the series was released and received a good response from the audience.
About the experience, Zayed Khan said that working with a world-renowned political figure is a special experience for him. He said that Mayor Zohran Mamdani behaved very professionally during the shooting and worked in front of the camera like a fellow artist.
The makers informed that there was a long preparation and communication process to implement this project. The shooting was possible only after the approval of various departments.
Overall, this work, which focuses on the life of expatriates and the story of immigrants, has created new interest among the audience of both Bengals.
