Legendary actress Babita, who has been away from films for a long time, has hinted at returning to the big screen. However, she has also stated an important condition for this comeback. She recently revealed this while participating in a television program on the occasion of her birthday.
Popular actor of Dhaka films Shakib Khan participated in the program virtually from the United States. At the beginning, he wished Babita a happy birthday. Later, at one stage of the conversation, he urged Babita to act in films again.
Shakib Khan said that he wants to work with Babita again in the same film and is interested in seeing her act in a new role. Babita responded positively to his request.
However, the actress said that she does not want to return to acting just for the sake of acting. According to her, she will work in a new film only if it has a strong story, meaningful script and challenging character. She also promised that she is willing to act with Shakib Khan again if such a story is brought.
At the event, Babita also praised Shakib Khan for his professionalism, dedication to work and recent films. She said that Shakib is currently playing an important role in the country's film industry.
It is worth noting that Babita and Shakib Khan have acted together in several popular films in the past. Their films 'Ma Amar Swarg', 'Khodar Pare Ma' and 'Mayer Jihad' were very popular with the audience. Therefore, the possibility of seeing the two stars together on the big screen again has created new interest among film lovers.
