Iran's three new proposals, including nuclear project, for ceasefire

Iran has made a new diplomatic proposal to resolve the ongoing conflict with Israel and the United States. The country's Foreign Ministry said that if Washington is interested in holding a second round of dialogue with Tehran, then the talks can proceed on the basis of this new proposal. It is reported that the proposal has been sent to the United States through Pakistan as a mediator.
Iran's proposal is arranged in three stages. In the first stage, a complete cessation of hostilities and guarantees from the United States and Israel not to launch any aggressive attacks on Iran and Lebanon in the future have been sought.
In the second stage, it is said that if the conditions of the first stage are accepted, discussions will begin on the management and administrative structure of the important international trade route, the Strait of Hormuz.
In the third stage, it is mentioned that discussions on Iran's nuclear project will only begin if all parties concerned reach an agreement in the first and second stages.
Meanwhile, when contacted to get a response to the Iranian proposal, spokesperson Olivia Wallace said that the matter is part of a very sensitive diplomatic discussion. He said that the United States will agree to any agreement that protects the interests of its people and will never allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons.
It is worth noting that on April 11, no agreement was reached despite a 21-hour meeting between US and Iranian representatives in the Pakistani capital Islamabad. After that, a second round of dialogue was called for, but Iran expressed its reluctance to hold direct talks.
In this context, US President Donald Trump indicated that negotiations would be held through telephone conversations instead of direct meetings. Tehran came up with a new proposal after his comments.
As part of recent diplomatic activities, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi visited Pakistan, Oman, and Russia.
