The Ministry of Energy adopted the policy of cost reduction

The Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources has taken steps to implement the cost reduction policy of the government.

The Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources has taken steps to implement the cost reduction policy of the government.
The Ministry of Electricity, Energy and Mineral Resources informed this information in an office order on Sunday (September 1).
The order states that the policies adopted for cost containment under the guidance of Energy Adviser. They are –
1. During meetings in the office, food should be frugal.
2. The number of vehicles should be limited in case of travel outside Dhaka. If necessary, car pooling should be done.
3. All extravagance should be avoided in the case of adviser's visit.
4. The earlier directives to submit cost containment plans should be implemented expeditiously.
These instructions will be applicable to the three ministries and five departments under the advisor and all the departments/organizations/companies under them.
