A cocktail explosion in front of NCP office again

A cocktail explosion has occurred in front of the central office of the Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP) in front of the Rupayan Trade Center of Banglamotor in the capital. The explosion occurred at 10:58 pm on Wednesday (July 9).
NCP Joint Member Secretary (Media) Mushfiqur Us Salehin confirmed the matter and said, "A cocktail explosion occurred again in front of our central office at 10:58 pm. We believe that this was done to create panic."
According to those present at the scene, the area shook with a loud noise during the explosion and people started running. A person named Emon Hawlader was injured in the incident. He is the joint convener of the Kalabagan Thana branch of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement. He is currently undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Earlier, on the night of July 2, a cocktail explosion occurred in a display car on the occasion of the NCP march at the same place. Also, a few days ago, there were allegations of a cocktail being thrown at NCP member secretary Akhtar Hussain.
After the incident, the police visited the scene and started an investigation to find the source of the explosion and those responsible.
NCP leaders are claiming that it was a premeditated attack and are demanding the immediate arrest of the culprits.
