Dhanashree opens up about cheating after marriage? Chahal

Indian star leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and YouTuber, actress and choreographer Dhanashree Verma's marital strife is back in the news. Although they ended their five-year marriage in March this year, various allegations still remain surrounding each other.

Recently, Dhanashree made an explosive claim while appearing on the reality show 'Rise and Fall' hosted by Ashwin Grover. In a viral video clip of the show, she can be heard saying, "I knew in the first year that this relationship would not last. I caught the cheating in the second month of marriage." When fellow contestant actress Kubbra Sait reacted with surprise, Dhanashree laughed again and said, "Crazy, bro!"

However, Chahal had previously denied the cheating allegations in a YouTube podcast. She said, “After the divorce, everyone thinks I am a cheater. But I am not. I am a very loyal person. I have two sisters, I know how to respect girls.”

They got married in Gurgaon in December 2020. Chahal and Dhanashree met while taking dance lessons from Dhanashree during the Corona pandemic. They separated in June 2022. In February, they filed for divorce jointly in the Delhi Family Court and officially separated in March.

In August, Dhanashree spoke openly about her divorce for the first time in a podcast by ‘Humans of Bombay’. She said that she could not control herself standing in the court on the day of the verdict and cried openly.

After her breakup with Chahal, Dhanashree’s name was associated with RJ Mahavash. Although rumors of a relationship have been circulating since they were seen together at the Champions Trophy final in Dubai, Mahavash has always claimed that they are just friends.
