Several club officials took a position in front of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) around 10 am today. Various demands were written on the banners brought by them. In the banner they have introduced themselves as 'Cricket Organisers'.

The cricket organizers who gathered in front of the BCB office at Mirpur Sherebangla Stadium claimed that there has been widespread irregularities and corruption in the BCB under the Awami League government. All these should be properly investigated and the culprits should be punished.
Led by former joint secretary of BCB Rafiqul Islam Babu, there were general secretary of cricketers' organization Quab and former cricketer Debbrat Pal, official of Pertex Sporting Club Sajjad Hossain, official of Legends of Rupganj Sabbir Ahmed, joint editor of Prime Doleswar Mushtaq Hossain, official of Mohammedan Tariqul Islam, national team. Former cricketer Shahadat Hossain, two former BCB councilors Ziaur Rahman and Borhan Uddin and many others.
Rafiqul Islam said, 'After 2012, I came to BCB again. I came to talk to the CEO of BCB. But I didn't find him. Our demand is to remove unqualified organizers from BCB and bring qualified cricket organizers here.
After standing in front of the BCB for a while, the organizers led by Rafiqul Islam went to the BCB meeting room and sat down. Two former captains of the national team, Minhajul Abedin and Habibul Bashar, were with them there. Minhajul told the reporters, "Let good governance be established in BCB." And Habibul said, "I hope for a good day."
