Gambling in public all night in Kundail village of Tarash!

Gambling has been going on openly on the banks of the river in Kundail village of Tarash upazila of Sirajganj for a long time. Every evening, the number of gamblers increases, and as the night progresses, the party also gathers. This illegal activity continues until midnight, in which gamblers from the surrounding areas as well as locals participate.

According to local sources, various types of games are played in the gambling hall - cards, dice and cash are freely bet. Often, disputes, fights and even fights over money occur, which has created panic in the area. This is seriously disrupting the peaceful environment of the village.

It is alleged that no effective action is being taken even though such illegal activities are going on under the noses of the local administration and law enforcement agencies. Locals claim that this silence of the administration may be the result of their inaction or the influence of some influential group. Some believe that some individuals are also sheltering and patronizing the gambling den.

Meanwhile, this gambling culture has brought about social degradation throughout the area. Many families are losing everything to gambling, the youth are going astray, and even crimes like theft and robbery are increasing. This has created insecurity among the public and the law and order situation in the area is deteriorating drastically.

Conscious citizens and the general public of Kundail village have demanded the administration's intervention to stop this gambling den immediately. They said that those involved in these illegal activities must be identified immediately and legal action must be taken. Otherwise, the moral degradation in the society will deepen further and the peace and order of the area will completely collapse.

The locals have expressed hope that the administration will take the matter seriously and take immediate action and stop this illegal gambling den on the river bank of Kundail village forever.
