29 bottles of Indian Phensedyl recovered in Panchagarh border area (BGB)

Border Guard BGB has seized 29 bottles of Indian Phensedyl in Panchagarh border area.
On Sunday (December 21), at around 12 midnight, a special patrol team of Ghagra BOP under the command of Havildar Abul Kalam Azad conducted an operation at a place called Bramtal in Harivasa Union No. 7 of Sadar Police Station, approximately 150 yards inside Bangladesh from Border Pillar 754/2-S and recovered 29 bottles of Indian Phensedyl without an owner. The BGB said that the Caesar value of the seized goods is 11,600 taka.
The Nilphamari Battalion (56 BGB) confirmed this information through a notification and said that as per the instructions of the BGB Headquarters, the BGB's operational activities and intelligence activities are continuing to prevent smuggling at the responsible border. 56 BGB personnel are ready to ensure strict surveillance to prevent smuggling of drugs and other contraband through the border area to neighboring countries.
