The family members of the deceased have expressed suspicion that some others are involved in this incident. Co-workers may also be involved, the family said. Suspicion also fell on the food delivery boy who had last delivered food to the victim and his friends.

The victim's pelvic girdle was broken. According to doctors, this is not the case in a rape case. A broken pelvic girdle also testifies that multiple people were involved in the crime.

According to the postmortem report, the time of death of the doctor was between 3 pm and 5 am. The victim had external injuries on her lower and upper lips, nose, cheeks and lower jaw. There were also reports of injuries to the temporal bone of his skull and blood pooling in the front of his skull. The victim's face was gagged and his head was pressed against the wall, so that he could not scream for help.

His face glasses were shattered, indicating repeated blows to his face. The coroner alleged multiple rapes. He said 150 grams of semen came out of the victim's private parts, which proved multiple rapes.
