Nationalist Jubo Dal central president Abdul Monayem Munna has alleged that hired people were present at the NCP rally held on Friday. He claimed that half of the 1,000 people present at the rally were 'hired ladies'.

He made these comments at a joint meeting of BNP, Jubo Dal, Swechchhasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal at a city hotel on Saturday (May 3) afternoon.

Monayem Munna said, "Although they claim to be youthful and talented, there was no life in their rally. Where is the youth in a rally where people have to be hired to gather people?"

He also said, "Although the current government has appointed student representatives in the name of railway reforms, they are busy roaming around instead of fulfilling their duties. Taking responsibility for the railways, they are traveling around in trains with their friends. It seems like the matter has turned into a kind of picnic."

The Jubo Dal president also expressed his anger regarding the rehabilitation of the 1971 independence fighters. He said, “Those who once opposed the independence of this country are now becoming influential in various ways. Sometimes they are forgiving someone, sometimes they are holding someone back. Saying one thing in the morning and another thing in the afternoon—what kind of hypocrisy is this?”

Regarding the ability of the future leadership of BNP, he said, “BNP has governed the state more than once. The party has long political experience. The people of Bangladesh know that BNP can govern this country well.”

In the speech of the Jubo Dal president, it was sought to clarify the position of BNP in the current political situation. At the same time, he criticized the preparations and activities of the opposition parties.
