Dhaka District North Chhatra Dal has held a leaflet distribution program to implement the 31-point plan to repair the state structure announced by BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman and to form public opinion in favor of the sheaves of rice.
The organization's president Mohammad Tamiz Uddin launched the program in front of the Nabinagar Joy Restaurant on Friday. Later, he distributed leaflets among people of different classes and professions, pedestrians and businessmen on the road in front of the Nabinagar Sena Shopping Complex and the National Memorial. Leaders and activists of various units of Dhaka District North Chhatra Dal were present at the time.
After distributing the leaflets, President Mohammad Tamiz Uddin said, "Tarique Rahman wants to build Bangladesh as a truly democratic state through the 31-point plan to repair the state structure. We, the student community, are working to unite the people in favor of the sheaves of rice for that national goal."
He also said, "During the previous authoritarian Awami League government, the common people were not able to vote. However, we are hopeful that the people will exercise their voting rights in the upcoming February elections and make BNP victorious."
