Dhaka superstar Arifin Shuvo has worked in an Indian project for the first time. He will be seen in a different character in Sony Liv's new web series 'Jazz City'. The first look and teaser of the recently released series have already created a stir among the audience.
Even though it is only for a few seconds in the teaser, Arifin Shuvo is seen in multiple looks. Sometimes he is elegant in a gray slim cut suit, sometimes dancing in a white sparkling suit, and sometimes in a white Punjabi. Each look is captured in the retro fashion and hairstyle of the 1970s as if playing with time.
Among the numerous OTT platforms in India, Sony Liv has made a special place for the audience with quality content. Although it was launched in Bangladesh for a few days, it was later closed, so the opportunities for Bangladeshi artists were limited. This time Arifin Shuvo has broken that limit. Popular Kolkata actress Sourasini acted opposite him in the series.
It was earlier announced that director Soumik Sen would be making a series on the Liberation War of Bangladesh, starring Arifin Shuvo. The audience was eagerly waiting for this news, and now the wait is over.
‘Jazz City’ will soon be released on Sony Liv, and the audience is already waiting to enjoy Arifin Shuvo’s transformed look.
