The long wait is over, ‘Trump Mobile’ is finally coming to the market

After almost a year of discussions, promises and a long wait, the much-discussed ‘Trump Mobile T1’ is finally coming to the market. There was a lot of interest in the technology world from the beginning around this smartphone announced by the US President’s family. However, due to delays, changes in terms and various questions about production, criticism of the phone has not diminished. Now, it has finally been announced that this gold-plated device will start reaching customers from this week.
The phone was announced last year as part of the US President’s family’s business initiative. At that time, the Trump family took an advance deposit of $ 100 from interested buyers. Although the phone was said to be available in the market in August, its supply was repeatedly delayed for various reasons. Almost a year later, the company announced that the phone has now started being sent to pre-ordered customers in stages.
The price of this phone, known as ‘Trump Mobile T1’, has been set at $ 499. It was in the news from the beginning due to its gold-colored exterior design and symbolic representation of patriotism. The phone also comes with a voice and data package called the '47 Plan', priced at $47.45 a month, in keeping with Trump's political identity as the 45th and 47th presidents of the United States.
However, the phone has been the subject of much controversy. Initially, it was advertised as 'Made in the USA', but the Trump Organization later retracted that claim. Now, the company says the phone is made 'in the light of American values and innovation' and assembled in the United States. Many technology analysts say the phone's design and features are surprisingly similar to some Chinese models on the market.
Meanwhile, new questions have also been raised about pre-orders. The website's terms and conditions state that a deposit of $100 does not guarantee the phone. That is, there is no guarantee that everyone who has paid in advance will receive the phone. This changed policy has also created dissatisfaction among many buyers.
The phone's design, manufacturing process, and the ethics of branding a business in the name of the current US president's family have also been questioned. Critics say the use of political identities to market a commercial product has sparked a new debate.
The tech world is now focused on one thing: whether the long-awaited 'Trump Mobile T1' will actually live up to expectations, or whether it will remain a talking point.
